Apophyllite-(KF) with Quartz.
AK86P4: Apophyllite-(KF) with Quartz
The crystals are formed by a sharp prism and a very acute dipyramid and are very transparent and bright. They also present a neat geometrical zoning of greenish yellow color on the area of the prism. On Quartz matrix, the two main crystals are doubly terminated.

JV47F2: Apophyllite-(KF) with Stilbite and inclusions
The crystals of Apophyllite-(KF) are tabular, which is not very common in Indian specimens. It is partially included by Chlorite and on a matrix of pink Stilbite.

NF8L4: Aurichalcite with Quartz
A rosette aggregate of laminar Aurichalcite crystals, with a delicate turquoise color and silky luster, perched on a vug coated by small Quartz crystals with an orange and black layer; and with Limonite that enhances the Aurichalcite contrast. New find from a quarry of the historical Troya Mine, currently flooded and collapsed.

RY63M0: Axinite-(Fe) with Albite
Very flattened and well defined Axinite-(Fe) crystals, with good color and brilliance. On matrix. In the handwritten Folch label one can read that it was a gift of A. Sulzbach, from Zurich (Switzerland) made in 1950. It is accompanied by the card of the Folch collection (Nr. 4704).

Sharp crystals, brown with mauve shades, with an indeterminate amphibole that forms aggregates of acicular green crystals. We investigated the locality to document it more precisely but we haven’t found more details or similar comparative material, so we retain the name furnished by Folch documentation.

The crystal, from an uncommon locality, is on matrix and, even being poorly defined, it is of the species Axinite-(Mn), considerably less common than Axinite-(Fe).

A novelty for Tucson 2009. From a new Moroccan locality, not yet well determined. Azurite forms groups of small crystals, almost globular, on a Quartz matrix and taller crystals, flattened, with parallel groups and multiple terminations. On the lower part, these crystals are partially coated by a material that, analyzed, , is a melange of clay, chalky powder and some kind of submicrocrystalline copper phosphate.
